Anne Van Vliet

Associate

Anne Van Vliet has been a lawyer since 2020 and an associate at Agio Legal (formerly Ligé Advocaten) since September 2020. Her preferred matters concern private law construction law and public procurement. In addition, Anne likes to take care of issues concerning insolvency law and environmental law (spatial planning).

It advises companies on the application of public procurement law and assists them during negotiations with the relevant contracting authorities.

Anne acts in legal proceedings relating to rights in rem, lease disputes and the liability of contractors, architects and engineers. She also provides advice regarding the purchase-sale of real estate, flat co-ownership legislation and the role of the trustee.

It advises private individuals on the feasibility of and assists with applications for environmental permits for urban development acts. It also drafts notices of objection and acts in administrative proceedings relating to environmental permits.
