Philippe is an experienced lawyer specialising in corporate and insolvency law. After a general Master’s degree in Law, European Law, Company Law and Insolvency Law, he is highly skilled in litigation and negotiation. Philippe also gained further qualifications through a Master in fraud auditing at the University of Antwerp and a Master in Corporate Finance at KU Leuven. Philippe is also the co-founder of Lige Advocaten (currently Agio Legal) and active as a daily business sparring partner for entrepreneurs.
Philippe is a committee member of IR Global, a Legal 500-recognised international network of lawyers. As a Belgian member of the network specialising in Insolvency Law, he has extensive experience in cross-border insolvency cases. As a committee member of the Insolvency team, he is jointly responsible for managing the network, making him skilled in bringing international disputes to a successful conclusion.
