Samuel Van Reeth joined Agio legal as a paralegal in January 2022. He graduated from the University of Antwerp in July 2022 and has been working as a lawyer at Agio Legal since then.
Within Agio Legal, he concentrates on real estate development involving aspects of both public and private construction law. This includes environmental law, expropriation law, government liability, public procurement, PPP, etc. Given his extensive master’s thesis, Samuel is at home in the specific matter of (rights of use on) the public domain. He advises and assists companies, governments and individuals in drafting contracts, negotiations, litigation, etc.
