Soumaya Berdouni started as a trainee lawyer at Tilleman van Hoogenbemt in October 2017 and has since been working as a lawyer specialising in employment law at Agio Legal. Her work is divided between advising and litigating in various areas of employment law.
She has expertise in individual and collective employment law and provides legal advice and assistance to companies and individuals. She conducts legal research, drafts and prepares motions, subpoenas, employment contracts and other legal documents. She also reviews client complaints, analyses motions and subpoenas and drafts conclusions.
She also represents clients during hearings before Belgian courts and tribunals and participates in mediations and negotiations, etc.
